Showing the Centre of City of Perth, Western Australia, Australia ca. 1870-1880.
Two turrets can be seen in the image. The left turret is Wesley Church on the corner of Hay Street and William Street. The turret on the right is the Perth Town Hall, on the corner of Hay Street and Barrack Street. Behind and to the right of Perth Town Hall is St Mary’s Cathedral. The first stage of St Mary’s Cathedral was completed in 1865, and both Wesley Church and Perth Town Hall were completed in 1870.
